Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Provide support to PS Manager to make sure that Local Team Activities are in accordance with the Global & Regional Category Strategy.

Provide support to PS Manager and ensure the local & oversea sourcing, P2P process and shipment management.

Coordinating and supporting Contract Management and Delivery Expediting.

Coordinating and regular reporting to PS Manager regarding with the financial performance of the Local team from objective setting.

Participate in Local Procurement Team to make sure that the timely supply of general procurement related purchasing for service area such as Admin, HR, Safety and CSR; organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes.

Participate and contribute to the yearly saving projects based on the Opportunity Assessment process and ensure to reach the SMART objective which set up together with PS Manager.

Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.

Follow rules, requirements and procedure of operating systems.

Participate in System/Standard upgrading and new Standard/ System implementation.

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business Finance, Commercial, Economics or Technical Discipline
• Procurement qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge in Export and Import Shipping Transaction
• Preferably with the background of general procurement services
• Strong Knowledge in Searching and Sourcing the International and Local Supplier
• Effective Dealing & Negotiation Skill
• Communicate and Negotiate with overseas suppliers for key items imports about import license, Letter of Credit, Shipping Terms and conditions.
• Strong market knowledge (local & oversea) of HR, Admin, Safety and CSR areas.
• Burmese /Myanmar Language and English
