. Prepare POs, issue to Supplier
. Inquiry, quotation summary & follow up
. Key in all POs (sage 50)
. Key in all purchasing & Inform for GRN
. Prepare Payment, sales contract, Shipment Doc
. Follow up order states & inform to logistics in time
. Assist to HOD & Senior

. Any Graduate
. Age must be over 23
. At least 1 or 2 year experiences in related field
. Strong in Procurement related Skills:
commercial, negotiation, contracting, supplier relationship management
. Good communication and interpersonal skill
