Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Prepare PO and GR PO in SAP.
-Communicate with Foreign supplier for FPO and inquiry.
-Tracking damage and discrepancy on orders receiving .
-Check the PO with related shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list & certificate of origin, etc)
-Report to related persons Valvoline & Volvo liters achievement by monthly.
-Check and follow up back order to supplier.
-Update Foreign Purchase Order in excel.
-Maintain and update PO file.
-Maintain and update the purchase price file.
-Coordinate with internal sales dept/ NPT team for tender and support any recruitment for tender.
-Prepare selling price requisition for quotation.
-Send claim/discrepancy report and follow up to supplier if have claim/discrepancy.
-Arrange the advance/payment and clear the advance for local purchase.
-Update inquiry and quotation record in excel.
-Follow up to supplier for NCR claim and report to DH & GM.

-Any Graduate & must have at least 1 year experience
-Standard Training Modules for Staff Level
-MS office applications (Visio, Excel, Words and Power Point)
-Planning, Teamwork, Communication, Motivational Fit, Analysis
-Data analysis, Reporting in time
