Job Description

Maintain merchandise inventory and monitor goods delivered and received.
Keep track and communicate with all suppliers at all times for all current/potential client information & product inquiries via email, phone etc.
Report to Management and Research & seek new local and foreign suppliers continually for the company.
Strategically plan and negotiate with all current and new suppliers to keep overheads low and company’s profitability high.
Maintain supplier relationships while negotiating merchandise pricing with both local and overseas suppliers
Support sales rep inquiries, include the following functions: help prepare and co-ordinate delivery of customer quotes, preparation of specifications, obtaining and negotiating prices; obtaining quotations and placing orders and processing invoices.
To ensure that goods purchased are to specification in terms of quality, quantity, delivery and to advise on those suppliers who fail to meet specifications, assist in the development and implementation of an electronic procurement system
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing & maintain electronic/hard copy filing system
Managing procurement department and coordinating inter-departmental relationships.
Travelling overseas to meet with suppliers for long term business contracts and negotiating terms & agreements for better supplier & company relationships while reducing costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’degree holder
5 years of working in a general office environment, procurement experiences and 2-3 years of working with oversea suppliers
willingly to travel in and out of office.
Microsoft Office( Excel,Word, PowerPoint,etc)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
