Sales Performance• Support to Head of Business and Channels related with;• Sales target setting and regular tracking & management of loan officer productivity & branch performance • Sales incentives design and administration, including regular reviews and staff communication.• Understanding market and industry changes and trends, and implementing the necessary strategies to ensure the company’s competitive positionProduct Management• Developing a product strategy and keeping the balance between FFMCL’s vision for the product and the needs of the customers• Conducting customers’ interviews to develop of new products and services for various customer segments, including obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and development of all necessary agreements and documents.• Partner relationship management to develop business opportunities such as fee income generation and customer acquisition.• Review and enhance existing products and services to suit business objectives and customer needs.• Management of pricing, fees and product level profitability.• Portfolio management including customer segment mix, product mix, customer retention, anti-attrition, etc. in line with the business planNetwork and Channel Management• Working with various teams, lead network expansion and optimization activities based on the business plan• Development of customer touchpoints including digitization initiatives.• Delivery of outstanding customer service through various channels – branch, website, call center, Facebook, agent network, etc.Marketing and Brand Development• Responsibility over marketing and brand activities such as sponsorships and advertising.• Management of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities.• Support branches through specialized campaigns and promotions where necessary• Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies• Assistance to Head of Business and Channels in managing relationships with press/media, external parties and other stakeholders.• Knowledge of the targeted consumer enables them to develop advertising brochures and commercials, sales plans, and product promotion
• Ability to work with the branches (senior and working levels) to formulate and execute business strategies towards the achievement of business targets. • Marketing strategy would work best for a company, market research analysts must assess all available information.• Empathy & the ability to connect with customers and stakeholders at different levels. Ability to work with external parties, e.g. government agencies, external vendors, financial institutions and business partners to enhance the Company’s capabilities and reputation.• Creativity & problem solving• Quantitative & analytics skills• A strong communicator with good written and presentation skills.• Impeccable integrity• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent degrees.• Market research analysts should be able to understand large amounts of data and information. • Important to have minimum 6-10 years of prior experience working in a banking or MFI environment.
