Assist in all Volume related request and ensure that FG standard cost maintains as per ASP. Communication with FG and NTM Planner needs to be done in order to meet the timeline before the start of production for every new SKU. Standard Cost needs to get the approval of PC27 from GSC SKU Team.
Responsible for Monthly variance analysis for Myanmar Leaf & NTM Material. Variance analysis on Purchase Price Variance, Design Variance and Usage Variance were carried out in line HQ report. To liaise with colleagues from other departments to get a detailed understanding on the variances and to ensure that the variances are properly explained. Knowledge of advanced excel is essential to reduce hours and human errors. To monitor for Leaf & NTM's:- completeness and timely submission of Duty Drawback claims, maximize Lotsize, Yield for Filter Tow and Purchase Filters. To comply with all JSOX requirements.
Responsible for a Quarterly forecast for Myanmar Leaf & NTM Material. Variance analysis is carried out outside from the system in systematic & timely manner. Monthly variance analysis will be used as a guideline during the NTM forecast. besides working closely with R & D Asia, PPO & NTM Planner to see future changes and to collect as much information on future bill of materials as well as material prices. Alternatively, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) will be used in order to get the maximum result on the changes.
Responsible for preparing Annual Strategy Plan (ASP) for Myanmar NTM & Leaf in systematic, effective & timely manner. It is achieved by working closely with PPO in gathering material prices on time. Coordination of the material prices, especially on packaging material with lot size scales will be held after the final prices are furnished by PPO. Price increase from year to year must be in accordance with Global Procurement Directions. Calculation of material standard cost will be carried out outside of the system. Knowledge of advanced excel will be used to minimize errors and to facilitate sufficient checks in ensuring the accuracy of the data. Detailed analysis of price movements will also be carried out in excel and with detailed explanations.
Year End Activities - Updating the new standard cost for the Myanmar plants & share with regional costing team for the coming year-Standard Cost Roll Out, prepare new excel templates based on the new standard costs and BOMs for the coming year & to derive the Actual Cost at year end of Leaf & NTM.
Communicating and liaising with Warehouse & Production on monthly preparation Production Volume reports. Finalising the Production Volume & communicating it to other department personnel & market finance. Preparation of Finished goods movement report
Involve in quarterly stock count as per designated area & Ad - Hoc assignment from superior.

Education
A degree holder in Accounting and Finance.

Working Experiences

Minimum working experience of 2 years in accounting and costing in the manufacturing environment but Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Language & Computer Skills

Proficient in spoken and written English and Burmese. SAP knowledge and experience in advance Excel will be an added advantage.
