Preparation and completion of the Annual Strategy Plan for Leaf and NTMs Myanmar in systematic and effective manner. To formulate a local working schedule based on the Global Schedule issued by HQ. This involves discussion with PPO, Planning and Customer Service Manager on the agreement of task allocation and timelines. To supervise, assist and support sub-ordinates in getting information of the bill of materials and future changes as well as variance analysis. To ensure the accuracy of bill of material for new year standard cost are correctly reflected in the Annual Plan.

Responsible for Monthly variance analysis for Myanmar Leaf Material & NTMs. Variance analysis on Purchase Price Variance & Usage Variance were carried out in line with the Global report. To liase with colleagues from other departments to get a detailed understanding on the variances and to ensure that the variances are properly explained. To monitor and ensure that the Monthly Reporting (P&L) are in line with Forecast. To monitor for Leaf & NTM's :- completeness and timely submission Duty Drawback, Make Pack Yield. To comply with all JSOX requirements.

Responsible for Quarterly forecast for Myanmar Leaf Material & NTMs. Variance analysis is carried out outside from the system in systematic & timely manner. Monthly variance analysis will be used as guideline during Leaf/NTM forecast besides working closely with R & D Asia. Knowledge on advanced excel will be used to minimise errors and to facilitate sufficient checks in ensuring accuracy of the data. Knowledge on BW Report will be useful in generating report and do analysis.

Responsible for SKU cost maintenance for Production Plants. This involves analysing new cost of new replacement material, explanation from PPO for higher cost impact and to prepare New Item Application form for Factory Controller Approval. To monitor std cost for Legal and Group Valuation for Production and Warehouse Plants in systematic and effective manner. Maintenance of the accounting and Costing view should be done accurately at the right time. Confirmation on firm price for non tobacco materials need to be done before rolling out standard cost for skus for Myanmar Plant.

Monitoring and coordinating on Year End Activities to be carried effectively and accurately. Monitoring and derive the Actual Cost at year end of Leaf & NTM. Accruals related to Leaf & NTMs needs to be reviewed and incur according to the business environment.

Ensuring the task, reporting and activity involved comply with JSOX requirement. To work closely with Global Team ensure that the reporting provide with explanation and the query from Global team able to complete on time.

Involve in quarterly stock count as per designated area & Ad - Hoc assignment from superior

Education

Degree in Accounting or professional qualification and member of a recognised professional body.

Work Experience
5 years experience in management accounting as managerial position, detail and analytical person, understand concept and accounting standards, system laterated, able to work under pressure. Benefit from manufacturing environment.

Language & Computer Skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Burmese. SAP knowledge and experience in advance Excel will be added advantage.
