-Formulating & recommending business plan for the portfolio

-Achiving set business objective & ensuring pre-decided profitability of the brand

-Developing & implementing pre-decided strategies for the portfolio

-Periodic market survey/analysis to propose new products in the portfolio

-Developing the compentencies of the team members - Communication on the portfolio

-Ensuring technical knowledge / know how of the brands through periodic training

-Timely & productive support to sales team to facilitate business objective/s

-Implementing the planned strategies/campaigns for the portfolio

-Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses

-Monitor ROI of implemented promotional strategies/campaigns - to ensure expected results

-Collecting & communicating the market information about customers/consumers & competitors - Monthly basis

-Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities

-In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/weekly basis

-Periodically evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions

-Co-ordinating the other departments for smooth functioning

-Assisting the business head in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making

-Developing & maintaining raport with new as well as existing customers

Job Requirements

- B.Pharm or MBBS

-Effectively communicate in bi-lingual (English & Myanmar)

-At least two to three years work experiences in relative field

-Effective communication & convincing abilities

-Time management

-Ability to work as team leader

-Ability to motivate the team and Analytical abilities
