•Implementing the planned strategies/campaigns for the portfolio
•Planning, monitoring & controlling budgeted v/s actual expenses
•Monitor ROI of implemented promotional strategies/campaigns - to ensure expected results
•Collecting & communicating the market information about customers/consumers & competitors - Monthly basis
•Ensuring implementation & communicating the progress of the sales/marketing activities
•In time feedback about the market & team for the taking corrective actions - Daily/weekly basis
•Periodically evaluating the brand performance & suggesting the key actions
•Co-coordinating with other departments for smooth functioning
•Assisting the marketing dept with overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making
•Developing & maintaining rapport with new as well as existing customers
•Vendor management for POS material

Job Requirements

•Minimum science and pharmacy graduate
•Add on Diploma /Degree in marketing
•Skills or Competencies Requirements
•Good track record performer as a sales person or marketing person
•Effective communication skill and convincing abilities
•Self motivation as well as team motivation
•Strong analytical skills
•High level of initiative ,Proactive
•Minimum 2-3 years in relevant field
•Ability to travel on short notice
