• Assisting the development and implementation of respective team promotion skills through knowledge and skills training
• Support the product and trade marketing plans and the achievement of respective product sales through supporting
the team to equip with strengthen product promotion and selling
• Developing materials POSM ( Point of Sales Materials ) and training materials and programs
• Developing product training materials including Basic Medical Knowledge, Specific products details
• Detailing Scripts, Respective Target doctors for the products, Competitors ( information supported from the promotion team , Training Assessment and report
• Training Assessment must be fully recorded and filed up
• Review and develop the training curriculum in accordance with company expectation
• Must travel to branch according to the training schedule set up and approved by Management. Same training grid are applicable in branch areas
• Training to all the respective departments and teams as per requirement
• Contributing technological expert opinion upon customers query and requirement to align with company products and sources
• Supporting the team with the product promotion advice
• Field visit for sales call must be done together with promotion team and sales team for assessing doctors review feedback and detailing and promotion status of the teams
• Responsible for market analysis and survey, Competitors know how when requested by the company

• Any graduate and preferable M.B.B.S and B.Pharm.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related pharmaceutical promotion and marketing.
• Ability to manage the team to get sales achievement , knowledge development and promotion skills.
• Willingness to work additional hours and the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
