• Age under 50 years old.
• Any graduate
• MBA or Diploma in Banking, Financial Diploma
• Strong communication skills and the ability collaboration.
• Experience in SME lending & product development
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• In-depth understanding of the P2P lending model and the market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team building and leadership skills
• Develop & deliver right business model, platform and process for P2P lending startup
• Manage the team & product to reach to scale up stage as early as possible
• Scale up & expand the operations to become no1 or 2 profitable fintech company in Myanmar
• Deliver right business model, strategy, platform, Technical, Process & ecosystem for P2P lending
• Validate the model with lowest cost and fastest time
• Originate lending process with possible collateral and legal framework
• How to development and deliver a product successfully
• Build trust for possible investors with limited guarantee
