Job Requirements

*Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.Those with MBA / Business Management or specialized Diploma in Financial Management is more preferred.
*At least 3 or more years of experience in related field.
*Budget-management skills and proficiency
*Ability to think creatively and innovatively
*In-depth understanding of the P2P lending model and the market
*Must be a good communicator and effective leader with strong interpersonal skills and team-building skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Fluent in English and Burmese
*Based in Yangon, Myanmar
