A Great Opportunity for ...

• Provide overall leadership and management of the Hire Purchase Loan product.
• Oversee the product development including conducting od market research and survey, competitor analysis and develop relevant policies and procedures.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to create awareness and brand building.
• Work closely and support branches in term of product roll-out, product training and customers acquisition and retention.
• Identify and build partnership with wholesales and retailed shops across the country.
• Engage to review and revise other financial products of the company.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration. Those with MA or MBA is preferred.
• Must have at least 3 or more years of similar experience preferably dealing with hire purchase.
• Those from the banking or microfinance industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to carry out market research, product design, define objectives and develop framework is critical to this job.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to speak and write English language fluently.
• Good computer literacy – proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly self-motivated and possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive.
