Product Manager (Hire Purchase) at a Leading Financial Services Company in Yangon

● Lead the product development team, create the product and set the strategy
● Up to 1,500,000 MMK + other attractive allowance

About the Company

Our client is leading and growing financial services company in Yangon.


The Role

Responsible for establishing new policies and procedures about loan products

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product development
● Develop partnership with all stakeholders to reach out to more customers
● Design both marketing and community strategies to sell the products
● Work closely with the product team on the product rollout and implementation to ensure strong brand of loan products

Job Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of management level in banking or microfinance experience with strong HP practice experience
● Master’s Degree in Finance or relevant discipline
● Excellent communication in English and leadership skill
● Be proficient in Microsoft office applications
