Job Description / Responsibility:

• Invoicing and Bill Collection from vendor and partner.
• Deal Closure with proper documentation.
• Conceptualize/Plan new contents and follow up with content sources to ensure timely delivery.
• Communication of Product and Service Features.
• Solution Delivery Team Management.
• Customer Account Management.
• Version management of developed services and applications.
• Content Uploading.
• Provide customer support for application and services.
• Train and develop tutorials and training materials for team and stakeholders.
• Training & Documentation against Solution Delivered.
• Efficiently manage partners to enhance content aggregation.
• Assist Marketing & Partner Services for Sample Project, Case Study and Success Story Preparation.
• Platform rollout management and enhancement.
• Manage Team and Coordinate with internal and external resources.
• Lead Validation.
• Follow standard Processes and meetings.
• Revenue & Platform Monitoring Report Tracking.
• Any other tasks as directed by superiors.
• Follow project management process and update all the relevant stakeholders.

Must have experience of product development and management life cycles
Must have knowledge of mobile data services and strong in data-centric VAS product
