Main Responsibilities Develop savings products development strategy in line with the company’s Business Strategy Develop the Savings Product marketing and promotion plan including of the budgeting on Campaign activities Develop promotional materials with attractive and efficient manner and ensure those materials are reflect with current market requirement and customer’s demand. Develop solid relationship and provide best service to the customer/member of LOLC Myanmar to access good product facilities by cross-selling of Company’s financial products. Conduct specific Savings promotion activities at branch level and train the branch staffs on savings promotion tactics. Develop projection plan in line with company’s Business Plan and ensure monitoring on the target achievement and meeting customer’s demand. Ensure on the compliance with regulations and statutory documentation requirements for Know Your Customer (KYC) as per Company’s policy. Evaluate on the customer’s satisfaction and review on the product, process and delivery channel are meeting customer’s requirement and suggest to the management if there has to do any necessary amendment. Risk assessment on the savings product process and delivery channel and identify lapse area that can be fraud occur. Monitor on the fraud and risk at all branch level related with savings product. Understanding of current user pain points and needs Market study about Savings Product and report to the management on time Monitoring on the Savings Product promotion and its out reach Ability to provide training to the staffs and members related with Savings Products Any other responsibilities required by the management of the Company.
Job Requirement Bachelor degree. Master Degree in related filed would be an asset. Minimum 2 years’ experience at managerial position in the financial sector and preferable of savings product management. Strong customer orientation. Ability to travel across Myanmar as well as other countries as assigned by duty. Experience in leading teams. Motivation Sets and Achieves challenges goals. Strong knowledge in financial products and local financial sector. Proven ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests effectively Proven ability to work well both as an individual and part of a team Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including excel and power point Prefer Prior knowledge of the banking sector related with savings. Excellent oral and written English communication skills knowledge of Myanmar language will be a distinct advantage. Strong technical skills on savings product and shares expertise with other staffs. Analytical skills and problem solving identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Interpersonal Skills focuses on handling conflict, Maintain Confidentiality, Positive thinking, open mind and respect to other’s ideas. Planning/Organizing Prioritizes and plans work activities.
