An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• To make schedule, on way plan with site, survey and visiting clients (Architects Designers, etc.)
• To make Schedule on way plans with site survey, project and clients.
• Researching the market, Site surveys with project, competitors, products and customer analysis
• Gathering market Data from media and customer information
• Recording Site Survey, Project sales, order information and entering Project Sales figures into a computer system;
• Promote and raise the brand awareness.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a customer relationship.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on marketing activity
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquires ;
• Report work in progress, market situation to Manager daily, weekly, monthly

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. / BA degree or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• 1 year and above
• Between 25~30 years old
• Proven work experience at least 1 year and above in construction material marketing.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS office
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Confidence
• Perseverance
• Patience
