• Sales Promotion & POSM1- To develop the idea about the POSM items / gift for consumers promotion2- Research and Report for competition products and competition benchmarking.3- To Collect Quotations from vendor and negotiations, bills and payments.4- To overall manage execution of promotions with help of field team.5- To work with Sales team for channel requirement items list / purchasing (POSMs)6- Develop the visual for POSM with designer and get the approval from management. 7- To manage the POSM stock balance / in – out status – stock management.8- To coordinate with sales team for all the promo scheme and adapt the localization.• Product Marketing1. Research and Report for our future products. 2. Product life cycle management – Pricing, Shelf life.3. Competition bench-marking.• Agency management1. Once a month payment process to Promoter agency.2. Analyze the Supervisor performance and share with team.3. Weekly reconciliation with agency on warrant cards.• Reporting1. Prepare Daily, weekly, monthly Sales Reports.2. Provide enough information, gap areas to sales team to help them improve their performance.3. Follow the result and keep updating management.
Candidate should be Graduate, post-graduation will be an extra advantage for career path.Prior experience in Telecom/Handset industry is must.Minimum 3 years’ experience is required.Understanding and Speaking of English language is must.
