• Be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Define and implement the Product & Services roadmap, which includes money transfer, in-app payments, e-commerce solutions and QR Code Payments, Loyalty and Promotions – this includes the implementation of main functionalities as well as more tactical features and UI/UX improvements.
• Prepare/ Verify test cases and testing the product • Ensure quality of deliveries by leading UAT and FUT phases.
• Be responsible for preparing Business Requirement Document.
• Be responsible for current and new service channels (OTC, web, POS, Portals).
• Be responsible for product enhancements, product performance.
• Be responsible for cooperating with all channels such as operations, business, finance, customer service to prepare perfect go-to-market plan.
• Work closely with Marketing team to propose campaign ideas, align on roadmaps and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
