> Collect and measure TMA activities of the Brand Management Team, manage payment to CRM customers.
> Liaise with Agency and relevant internal team for trade activities eg. samples, POSM etc.
> Assist Brand Management in Preparing material for product training.
> Prepare Brand and Trade Activities communication eg. Phone call, emails, Powtoon.
> Solve Brand issues related to Customer, Stockist and Product.
