Duties
- Fabrication & Workshop activities.
- Responsible for supervising onshore/offshore fabrication and installation works.
- Prepare and instruct workers for the work assigned.
- Reading fabrication drawings, instruct workers to prepare material and supervise them.
- Ensure the schedule and quality of the projects.
- Plan for daily activities, weekly activities, discuss with superior for urgent activities for top pr iority projects and arrange manpower based on priority

Selection criteria
¾ Knowledge of:
- Engineering and Fabrication – Reading and understanding of AFC drawings, material take off, technical information shown in those drawings and also well-known about welding instruction in those drawings.
- Production and Processing -- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other procedures for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications.
- Management -- Knowledge of management principles especially on process planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership, production methods.
- English Language -- Knowledge in English language including the meaning, spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
- HSE: Permit To Work for offshore working
¾ Skill in:
- New Fabrication & Tie-in work: PIPING & STRUCURE
- Hydrostatic Test : Pipe line, Pipe Spool
- Insulation work
- Equipment erection & installation
- Welding WPS (Understanding is enough)
- HSE & Work Permit preparation work.

6. Certificate training
Production Supervisor will be trained to get certificates as below :
T-BOISET certificate (Tropical Basic Offshore Survival Induction Emergency Training)
Knowledge of occupational hazards and standard safety procedures
Knowledge for fabrication, material, resources and quality management
Other certificates (based on requirement)….
