Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

To work in Furniture Factory and Liaise with Project Teams for Interior Decoration Works

 Acquire Drawing, documents and other information from Project Team
 Collection approved drawings from Project Team and submit to Factory Manager
 Distribute final drawings to respective departments in factory
 Calculate and estimate quantity of materials for production
 Liaise between Project Team and Production Team for any changes in drawings, materials and schedule, and make sure both teams are well informed
 Liaise with other departments to ensure that the production run smoothly
 Work with production team in Vietnam for oversea production if there is any
 Liaise with QA/QC department to make sure that the final product is up to the standard
 Prepare packing lists
 Prepare production reports (weekly/monthly)
 Plan delivery for each batch of products to meet the project schedule

Job Requirements

 Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Engineering
 Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
 Must be able to read drawings
 Candidates with Estimation course certificate are more preferable
 Strong knowledge in Construction Materials is a plus
 Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
 Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
