MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Managing and leading production management.
2. Ensure supply chain Function effective and efficiency.
3. Analysis inventory costs and sustain material quality.
4. Monitor inventory turnover rate. Ensure monthly Material Planning report are compiled, reviewed and reported to management.
5. Ensure Material planning performances are tracked, reviewed and improvements are implemented if necessary.
6. Ensure efficient planning processes are in place to meet customer demand and AGT Target.
7. Ensure production schedule and coordinate with production section to control the process.
8. Monitor transformer production performance is tracked, reviewed and improvement are implemented if necessary.
9. Determining the status of an assigned work order expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
10. Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status, & that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
11. Monitors analyze & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
12. Manage and Issue Work Order, Delivery Order, Invoice.
13. Internal Departments Coordination for work order schedule, in time delivery and others ad-hoc component sales.
14. Ensure the efficient warehouse planning process is in place to receive, store and issue
out material with correct quality and quantity of material to meet production demand on time requirement.
15. Ensure Store section performance is track, reviewed and improvement is implemented if necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

# Bachelor Degree in Electric Power (or) higher education level with relevant working experience.

# IT literacy; the experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software etc.

# Excellent administration and secretarial skills.

# Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

# Willing to travel. Desirable

# An understanding of the statutory responsibilities of running a company.

# An understanding of the operation, application and accountability of production management.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

10 years relevant experience with minimum 8 years production planning and management of Manufacturing industry or Production Management.
