Production Manager at one of the International Leading Beverage Company in Myanmar

• Lead and Manage the Production Activities with a strong knowledge of production management
• Up to 2,000,000 MMK + Bonus

About the Company

Our client is a well-known international food and beverage company and growing in Myanmar. They have nice working environment and are a company who strictly follows compliance.

The Role

● Lead and Manage the production activities through the production management system
● Responsible for production and package quality
● Responsible for scheduling and managing manpower in production lines, present periodic updates on performance and improvement plans on KPI’s to the leadership team
● Support and coordinate with maintenance team to ensure all the machinery are working fine and
● To implement, review and comply with Quality, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environment Management System in production areas
● Oversee the production work force with a strong knowledge of safety (Personnel and equipment)

Job Requirements

● At least 5 years’ experience in Production Industry (FMCG experience Preferred)
● Degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
● Have knowledge about manufacturing processes of beverage in various packaging types
● Must have a knowledge of the principles of production management
● Must be proactive, able to support & coordinate the maintenance team
● Good Communication Skills in English and Burmese
