Job Description

-Purpose of this position is to handle various task such as production operation schedules, maintenance schedules, quality control and controlling to make steady process for delivery and arranging raw material receiving.
-Develop and implement best management practices for production and various techniques.
-To control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight, maintenance expenses and factory expenses.
-Provide direction, development and leadership skill to production supervisor.
-Excellent interpersonal skill, well organized, ability to work independently, detail oriented and must be
a well team player.
-Overall control factory production staff including Shift leader.
-Must be able to establish production target and perform to reach that target.
-Report writing skills, handling conflict between production staff, creating and controlling duty roaster.
-Overall control maintenance staff.
-Self-initiated to perform maintenance schedule, regular checking for machinery and electrical faults.
-From time to time, need to learn manual and able to perform maintenance accordingly.
-Daily follow up the operation and maintenance schedule of the crushing machine and packing machine.

Job Requirements

-BE (Mechanical or Electrical)
-Must have overall experience is over 10 year (Experience must be in production environments as a managerial level).
-Must have at least 3 years in oversea experience.
-Must be Business Level in the English language.
