Production Manager at the most Paper Manufacturing Company in Yangon

• Lead the manufacturing process with the planning, coordination and manage the process
• Salary is Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus other allowances

About the Company

Our client is one of the new start-up factory in Myanmar and they produce paper with higher quality standard

The Role

● Estimate costs and set the quality standards
● Manage production budgets and create a production schedule for the job
● Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
● Check production and quality control to detect and correct problems and prepare and maintain production reports
● Tools and enforce quality control and following programs to meet quality objectives
● Arrange efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

Job Requirements

● At least 5 years of working experiences in Paper Production Industry
● Bachelor’s Degree or related Engineering is a must
● Must be able to communicate well with English skill
● Understanding of Factory Safety, Paper production knowledge, recycling process
● Knowledge of costing, and stock management
