Job Description

- Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations of the factory meets production plans, product quality and cost standards.
- Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement programmed to improve the cost effectiveness of the manufacturing process for the factory.
- Monitor working conditions to ensure the continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment for the factory.
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process in the factory.
- Ensure that appropriate standard operating procedures (SOP¡äs) are developed and maintained for all aspects of the business.
- Implement plant safety programs and ensure compliance with QAMS, HACCP and Good manufacturing practices (GMP's).
- Responsible for maintaining proper staffing levels, employee performance evaluations, discipline, and employee commendation.

Job Requirements

Any Graduates (or) BE Mechanical, BE Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
Age between 32 to 45 years old.
Must have (5) years experience in FMCG or CPG field.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office Package
Able to lead a large team.
Should maintain the shop floor discipline , maintain tidy assembly line and factory environment.
Team attitude eager to cooperate with other.
Highly development analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to manage daily / weekly / monthly assembly plans and ensuring the target date and met.
