Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Prepare and release production plan weekly & monthly based on Confirmed Manufacturing Order (CMO) from distributor.
• Review the plan for equipment, material, require manpower to execute manufacturing order.
• Actively coordinate with related department about production planning and inventory control.
• To Check Daily Production Report.
• To Lead & Attend the Weekly, monthly meeting
• To Review Weekly output result & PLM.
• To make monthly, yearly budget plan & strategic map.
• Review Inventory stock analysis.
• New product development co – ordination.
• Report and analysis materials usage variant.
• Coordinate with distributor about if any changing with production plan (delay, machine broken)
• To make monthly KPI review & presentation to Internal, Departmental & GM/CEO.
• To coach & Training to subordinate as necessary.
• To check monthly Assessment
• To review the skill of Supervisor, leader, Operator & Admin with assessment.
• To review and update manpower planning.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Must have about 5 years experiences in Production field (Food production knowledge preferred)
• Manpower planning, Material usage analysis, Machine utilized analysis, Process analysis
• Monitor quality, service and delivery issue and take corrective actions as needed.
• Understanding KPI, Strategy map, ISO and HACCP requirement.
• Understanding about Government rules and regulation for production team.
• Good leadership & negotiation skill
• Can work under pressure
