Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Established production procedures with vehicle safety plan
• Setting and implement daily/weekly/monthly production report in time and regular daily data collection and communicating them to employees with hygiene
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications of daily target plan
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in production efficiency, yield, waste percentage and machine down time analysis and suggest improvements for those issue
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Some of them will work as factory leader, so that we will dispatch them as a trainer who is able to teach the other worker
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standard
• Responsibility for their assignments

Job Requirements

• Proven experience minimum 3 years as Production Supervisor or similar role in production (prefer in vehicle production)
• They’ll be dispatched to LAOS SVK factory for pre-lesson
• Advanced skills in MS Office specially advanced excel
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Any Graduate or; Degree in a technical, mechanical and electronic engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
• Skill in machine operation ,repair and maintenance
• Live in near shwepyi thar factory area (shwe pyi thar ,insein, haling thar yar)
• Age 30 years and above
• Dispatched to LAOS
