This position is created to check the line records, daily production yield and the condition of the machines and utilities to ensure safety and quality of the products.
1. Supervise production processes for safety and quality of the products

a. Achieve daily production schedule
b. Allocation of operation staff
c. Maintain safe operation
d. Confirm production standards based on the QC specifications
3. Review and file daily production reports
4. Ensure that all process control reports are properly and timely filled, and they do not indicate any abnormal figures. If there are abnormal figures, take prompt actions to correct the conditions.
5. Check if everything is in order before the line starts
6. Observe ongoing work to ascertain if work is performed according to instructions and will be completed on time
7. Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs based on daily production reports
8. Conduct daily safety checks and complete the checklist reports
9. Manage operation staff to meet company’s targets
10. Communicate daily with operation staff about minor changes in the line to take preventive measures
11. Inspect sanitation level to maintain safety and hygiene in production areas to produce standardized products based on quality guidelines
12. Train operation staff based on training manuals
13. Analyze quality trouble and take preventive measures for the same trouble
14. Maintain proper quality report line to Assistant manager / Production manager
15. Ask for permission to stop the line and delivery when quality trouble happens
16. Conduct meetings with production members to share line information
17. Make Operation staff comply with rules.
18. Proper and regular reports to Assistant manager / Production manager
19. Follow company rule and regulation.
20. Follow instructions by senior managers

Calculate daily material consumption and check records
Prepare raw Material .
Make sure handling the machines in responsible area.
Check product quality according to guide line and quality standard.
Check the machine cleaning and condition.
Control usage equipment.
Minimize the raw materials wastages.
Maintain and control machine breakdown time and idle time.
Inspect the product quality.

1. At least 3 years’ experience in supervise level with food production industry
2. Must be business level in English
3. Have knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and personal knowledge.
4. Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, and internet browsing)
5. Good communication skill.
6. Order the task to operation staff.
7. Set the man power, facilities and infrastructure.
8. Control the activity of the department for which they are responsible.
