Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Supervise production processes for safety and quality of the products.
- Ensure that all process control reports are properly and timely filled.
- Check if everything is in order before the line starts.
- Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs based on daily production report.
- Observe ongoing work to ascertain if work is performed according to instructions and will be completed on time.
- Conduct daily safety checks and complete the checklist reports.
- Manage operation staff to meet company’s targets.
- Communicate daily with operation staff about minor changes in the line to take preventive measure.
- Train operation staff based on training manuals.
- Analyze quality trouble and take preventive measures for the same trouble.
- Maintain proper quality report line to Production Manager.
- Conduct meeting with production members to share line information.
- Make operation staff comply with rules.
- Calculate daily material consumption and check records.
- Check product quality according to guide line and quality standard.

Job Requirements

- A.G.T.I, B.Tech, B.E(Chemical/Mechanical) or Any Graduate.
- At least 3 years’ experience in supervisor level with food production industry.
- Must have knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice and personal knowledge.
- Set the Manpower, facilities and infrastructure.
- Good communication skill, attitude and good personality.
- Can speak English.
- Able to work under pressure
