၁။ တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႔ရရွိျပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။ (ITPEC (သို႔) MCPA ေအာင္ျမင္ျပီးသူမ်ားကို ဦးစားေပးမည္။)
၂။ ေအာက္ေဖၚျပပါ Development Environment တစ္ခုခုတြင္ Program မ်ားကို ေရးသားနိဳင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- .Net (C#) & MS SQL
- VBA & MS SQL
- Android
၃။ Object Oriented Programming ကုိ နားလည္ျပီး MS .net Framework ႏွင့္ RDBMS တြင္ Program ေရးသားနုိင္ရမည္။
၄။ Functional Program တစ္ပုဒ္ကို သတ္မွတ္ခ်ိန္အတြင္း ေရးသားစမ္းသပ္ျပီးစီးရန္ တာ၀န္ယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္နိုင္ ရမည္။
