Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are looking for a Programmer Team Leader who is willing to work at QQS company situated in Inya Lake Hotel
Delivering a relevant technical solution based on best practice/experience / similar projects
- Lead the project development team
- Escalate any technical issues, roadblocks or project risks to the Senior Developer
- Meet with the Developer on a regular basis to discuss the development quality measures for the project and assess that the best practices are being adhered to
- Provide the relevant development tools to the developers on the team
- Work with the project manager to support project plans and correct resource and time allocation.
- Be responsible for the code being developed by the developers
- Develop the initial framework or platform of the solution which each developer will use to build the solution
- Support the Senior Developer and Developer with estimations relating to the specialized areas or components
- Lead the daily stand-up or scrum meetings
- Lead the deployments to each environment within the development life cycle
- Management of technical tasks required for the project
- To maintain project plans for both software and hardware development and report back to management on the progress of projects

Job Requirements

Ability to analyze customer requirements and define these as a formal specification for software development
- A relevant Engineering or Science based qualification to HND or above
- A relevant professional qualification in Software Development
- 8 years’ experience in Software Development and in particular have skills in the use of Microsoft Platform at (ERP, POS, Inventory and Warehouse, etc.) and other third party framework (eg. WPF)
- Team leading ability, shown by having led a team to work co-operatively with others, continually reviewing objectives and priorities, and accepting collective responsibility. Experience should include direct personnel management.
