Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Internally:
• Vendor Management
o Monitor the performance of the vendors and ensure that all deliverables as per the Statement of Work has been delivered.
o Obtain feedback from the respective department on the performance of the vendor.
o Highlight and report the issues related to the vendor and ensure all deliverables are in accordance to the timeline.

• Budgets & Payments
o Prepare and monitor the Budget of the Project
o Report the Project Budget to the Head of PMO on a monthly basis.
o Review the invoices from the vendor and process the invoices from the vendor in accordance to the payment schedule.

• Resource Management
o Responsible in the resource management of the project in the aspect of hiring with HR.
o Ensure that the project resource is sufficient and manage the hand-over matters related to the project.

• Stakeholder Management & Logistics
o Set-up meetings with respect of the project
o Manage the logistics matters in relation to the vendor i.e. accommodation, visa invitation letter

• Others
o Perform task assigned by Superior

Externally
• Build relationship with vendor to ensure common understanding and effective support
• Monitor the deliverables of the vendor in accordance to the license and services agreement and other agreements.

Job Requirements

Experience
• At least 5 years working experience in project management and administration
• Proficient in excel and power point presentation.
• Proficient in Myanmar language and English
• Have experience in handling people

Qualification
• At least a Degree holder
• Project Management qualification is a plus point.
