Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
● Use monitoring tools, such as Trello and Asana, to oversee multiple systems operating within a defined support operation
● Work with clients to develop, implement and review customer relations service improvement programs to enhance delivery of service
● Able to create charts, reports, and system status
● Communications with Project Manager in a weekly staff meetings and management to ensure that service is delivered on time and within budget
● Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company
● Coordinates the resolution of production-related problems
● Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of quality services.

Job Requirements

Profile:
● Graduated with a bachelor degree (or IT or computer related)
● Effective interpersonal and communication skills
● Good English and Burmese
● Strong research skills
● Ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload
● Able to work to tight deadlines
● Strong IT literacy
