1. To direct, manage and coordinate through subordinates the delivery and implementation of assigned major or complex customer contracts within cost, schedule and
contract limitations while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
2. Directs compilation of required data and keep proper records from the project inception till completion.
3. Draft delivery schedule in coordination with production department and monitor the progress through the project execution.
4. Develops and ensures implementation of policies , procedures and quality standards and monitoring systems to track issues and compliance.
5. Arranges the distribution of work packages with coordination with production and purchases departments.
6. Monitors progress throughout the project cycle and take proper measures in case of delay.
7. Facilitates and ensures individual and team roles and responsibilities are understood; performance measurement objectives are identified , measured and monitored on an on-going basis in order to provide positive feedback on accomplishments and to ensure immediate action is taken to address shortfalls.
8. Arrange a reconciliation report in coordination with purchases , Estimation and Production Departments to reflect the actual costs/ expenses against the allocated budgets.
9. Related works : Belong to department , under the direction and assignment of Company ; and so on

1. BA in Architecture or relevant field
2. Have experience in fit-out & furniture field (Must)
3. At least 1 year working experience in relevant position
4.Excellence in English , Chinese will be an added advance
5. Project management , Clients Relations , Scheduling , Contract Management , Report Generation, and Able to work under pressure
