Project management of Oil Terminal/Tank Farm Construction Project.
Co‐ordination mainly between HSE works, Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors.
Co‐ordination with other engineering discipline specialists.
Managing the entire Oil Terminal/Tank Farm construction project including ensuring project schedule and activities carried out by contractors’ works, fabrication, installation, testing, painting, commissioning of Oil & Gas facilities, particularly Oil Storage tanks, vessels, associated piping and pipelines etc.
Progress monitoring and approvals.
Checking and certification of Contractor’s invoices with respect to the actual progress at the site.
Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering
Codes & Standards, Client and Local Authority requirements etc.
Ensure that proper Quality control is maintained for all the works being carried out at the site.
Material inspections, review and approval of Material Certificates etc.
Ensure that approved materials only are used in the works.
Preparation of Punch lists for mechanical completion of Tanks, Equipment, Piping and Pipelines,
including for fire water/ foam systems.
Process and resolve concession & deviation requests, non‐conformities etc. from the Contractors.
Conduct and Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Client and Contractors.
Meetings and follow‐ups with Local Authorities for obtaining necessary permits, approvals etc. if required.
Review, comment and approve the construction-related deliverables submitted by Contractors, including procedures, method statements, etc.
Witness all destructive & non‐destructive tests, examinations etc. by the Contractors.

Candidate should be a first‐class Engineering Graduate in the Mechanical discipline.
Should have minimum 15 to 18 years’ experience in Construction supervision/management for Oil & Gas projects, including construction of Oil Storage Terminals/Tanks.
Age above 35 years
Should be conversant with international standards, good practices and codes.
Good communication and supervision skills and Fluent in English 4 skills
Working experience with Engineering Consultants (Oil & Gas) would be an added advantage.
Candidates having Long Abroad Experience would be preferred.
Ability to work under stress and handle stressful situations and meet deadlines.
Good report writing abilities.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co‐workers.
Strong teamwork attitude and ability to motivate the team members, significant communication skills, problem-solving attitude, fast and multi‐task execution capabilities, strong analytical mindset and imaginative problem‐solving ability.
