Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Lead in the preparation of the project Development Programme. This would include the review of the development constraints in terms of site logistics.
Assist the Design Team in the production and management of a Design Programme that meets the Contract procurement dates and all milestones associated with the delivery of the works.
Accountable for the smooth planning, organizing and implementation of the overall project from design inception to completion.
Responsible for providing technical and supervisory direction to the team in an assigned region, from design inception to completion.
Monitor and review Contractor EHS documentation and performance on site.
Liaise with Clients, Consultants and relevant authorities
Work with statutory authorities (Building Control, Planning departments, EA etc) to ensure conditions are complied with and signed off in good time and that there is consistency of approach.
Providing status reports to the senior management regularly and seek approval for work execution.
Assigned work area and tasks may vary according to job requirements as instructed by the Management team.

Job Requirements

MUST have worked for a developer or main contractor in a senior position and within residential.
Degree/Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Building Construction.
Good leadership skills.
