The Project Director has to manage an end-to-end Real Estate Development project from the developer side. The role requires overseeing all planning, executing and managing all stakeholders. The Director reports to the Chairman.

Job Requirements

o Ability to comprehend, analyze, interprets complex business documents and respond effectively to the complicated issues.
o Require in-depth knowledge of financial terms and systems and review the financial reports submitted by subordinates.
o Ability to draw upon the analysis of complex situations and develop the solutions/recommendations on any impacted things upon the company.
o Familiar with type of contracts such as D&B/EPC/EPCC/EPCM/FIDIC.

* 20+ year's experience in Real Estate.Property Development
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Strong Management skills
