Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

-Project planning and Programming
-Monitoring the progress of work and daily work done
-Job assignation to site supervisors, site clerks, securities and subcontractor groups to meet the schedule
-Will have to solve the on ground problems and difficulties
-Supervising the sites while renovating and building service
-Instruction and inspection to follow safety rules and regulations
-Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to the management board if necessary daily reports
-Keeping and maintaining records, drawings, error reports, customer complaints and also registering and distributing the finished projects
-Draw and discuss the method statement
-Should be able to foresee the difficulties and impossibilities on the real ground while reading the drawings
-Should be able to know the basic principles and practice of works
-Conduct the site meetings with site engineers and the responsible persons
-Check and approve the payment request from subcontractors
-Will have to perform the appropriate task and duties that would be asked by management board personnel.

Job Requirements

-Must be a B.E (Civil) degree holder or higher
-Require at least 5 years of experience in construction management field
-3 years and above experience in civil engineering field
-Have to be a Y.C.D.C licensed engineer
-Must be able to read and correct Auto CAD 2D, 3D and engineering drawing
-Should be able to design simple parts and temporary works
-Should have updated knowledge on Y.C.D.C current rules, regulations, procedures and changes
-Should have professional knowledge on construction site safety rules, regulations and practices
-Should have some experience on high rise building project of his own
-Should have knowledge on Interior and M&E work scopes
-Must be computer literate and perfect skills on Microsoft Office and power point presentations.
