Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Oversee the overall project critical path, and how small changes to project timelines will impact work-stream inter-dependencies.
o Build a department structure with appropriate, cost-effective staffing levels
o Ensure operational performance standards are met or exceeded.

• Monitor departmental work performance to ensure productivity and the needs of the department and operations are met.
• Attend and participate in various management and supervisorial meetings and projects as required.
• Act as an inter-departmental planning partner and consult with other leads and managers on projects and initiatives as needed.
• Manage short- and long-term PMO Department planning.
• Track goals and progress toward them.
• Report status regularly to Director, PMO.
• Lead the team to the identification, analyzes, responses to and monitoring of project risks;
o Determines prioritization of Program risks
o maximize the probability and impact of positive events and minimizes the probability and impact of adverse events.

• Manage the team to ensure that the review of all necessary work plans and related project management documentation are completed in sufficient detail to provide for adequate management and control, as well as consist with overall master schedule and dependencies.
• Oversee the development of communications documents detailing implementation progress for Senior Leadership, Boards, and Regulators, including regular reporting.
• Execute regular PMO Department meetings.

Work with sites and global performance management to simplify client’s KPI monitoring process.
Act as the regional point of contact, and support global performance management in managing Data Center Operations
Train and support users of KPI reporting tools, provide solutions to support site KPI reporting requirements.
Analyze our regional operations performance data to identify trends and/or areas of opportunity for improvement.
Support current business processes such as the QBRs and regional executive summary reporting
Support planning, execution, and progress monitoring of regional initiatives

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of experience software experience preferred, telecom experience preferred. Large global company experience preferred
Data analysis experience and an advanced MS Excel user is a must.
1. Advanced user of MS Excel, experience with VBA macros and array formulas
2. Strong influencing skills; ability to elicit collaboration from senior management and other stakeholders
3. Proven analytics experience in teleco and proven working experience in a large global company
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client focus
