• Support the Line Authorities and the Bidding team to survey, draw construction schedules, project schedules and operation budgets, plan for resources in putting together a bid for a project
• Provides project management oversight of assigned projects to ensure the whole project complies with contractual requirements, including time and budget parameters of the project
• Provides technical, administrative and operational leadership to assigned task(s), project(s), including sub-contractor management, worksite safety and security, worksite regulations and reporting etc
• Evaluate work performance and motivate sub-ordinate staff to obtain high productivity, result and morale
• Participates in project related approval process
• Regularly keep in touch with staff to exchange information, review project status and identifies new opportunities for improvement
• Anticipates problems in shortages of resources (financial, manpower, materials and equipments) and report to Managing Director with suggested corrective action plan
• Observes and ensure safe work practices, develop preventative actions and corrective actions in assigned projects
• Establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables, milestones and final delivery
• Seek help from related engineering departments to solve technical problems at project sites
• Attend project meetings with clients in relation to execution schedules and billing schedules
• Verify and approve work completions of sub-contractors and recommend to Account Payables for payment to sub-contractors
• Verify variation of works submitted by sub-contractors and report to Management for approval

• Must - B.E. (EP, EC, Civil), Prefer – M.E. (EP, EC, Civil), Desirable – Other related technical certificates or licenses
• Age above 35 years
• More prefer – Repatriates
• Minimum (7) years experiences in relevant field and Management Field
• Must – Excellent English Language Proficiency & IT Literates, Desirable – Engineering Software & other technical skills
• Must - strong Communication skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
• Prefer - Strong Analytical Skills, Good Presentation Skills
• More prefer who value accountability, responsibility and taking ownership
• Able to do overall management of a project/site include administration, financial, human resources, other tools & equipment resources allocated for the project and deliver the project in timely and cost effective manner.
