Our aspiration is to go regional and then global to deliver our solution and thus, to become the first Myanmar tech company to expand outside of Myanmar.As such, the role of a Project Manager is crucial in ensuring that our product has a certain level of quality fit in the product-market. ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible to work on activities that will drive our product and our business:Project ManagementEstimate effective product delivery timeline within allocated budget and resources with project team and HOD. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsWork closely with the engineering team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standardsEvaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phaseOrganizationalUnderstand and follow the procedures of the respective department. Answer questions of your team, departmental and organisational goals with HOD.Clarify and understand individual short-term and long-term goals and OKRs with your supervisor.CollaborationSupport marketing and sales team in order to achieve organisational goals. Closely working with CS team to manage customer issue tickets. Help with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks. Create standard guideline in collaboration with CTO and HOD. Timely report to HOD behalf of your team. Supporting best solution option to project management. HiringAssist hiring processes and new team member training and onboarding.
We are looking for applicants with the following profile:-Minimum 2 year of prior project management experience-Minimum 2 years of web (and/or) mobile development experience- Familiar with Quality Assurance process is a must.-Good analytical skills and communication skills (both Myanmar and English)-Ability to build strong customer/internal relationships-Knowledge/Exceptional experience on Agile Project Management is a plus.
