1. Participate in the formulation of major technical plans such as network construction planning and engineering construction plan of the company;

2. Participate in the drafting and review of project construction projects and material procurement bidding documents;

3. Responsible for project establishment and project progress payment , project settlement, asset accounting, asset transfer and other work review;

4, responsible for the audit of all types of engineering materials, including design documents, completion documents and submission of customer's completion information;

5. Responsible for organizing the phased acceptance and completion acceptance in the construction process;

6. Responsible for the maintenance of the project;
