- Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) shall report to the Project Director (PD). He has overall control of all site construction and contract matters within his assigned aspects of responsibility.
အေသးစိတ္တာ၀န္၀တၱရားမ်ား/ Detail Duties & Responsibilities The Project Manager has the following responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of all site operations for the project including the control of all subcontractors and subcontract services
- Ensures that all construction activities for the projects are completed within the quality requirements of the contract
- The evaluation of all technical process and the preparation of Method Statement, Inspection & Test Plans and Materials Submissions
- The completeness and correctness of the schedule of Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans and Materials Submissions
- Ensures that safety and health regulations are strictly enforced throughout his area of responsibility
- The efficient co-ordination of all site resources under his control
- Keeping the PD informed of the status of the work in progress, allocation of resources and future commitments in his area of responsibility
- Implementation of quality control procedure
- Accept responsibility for the Construction programme
- Ensures that appropriate standards, specifications and works and safety procedures are being used and adhere to
- Ensures that NAING Group Construction and Sub-contractors’ staff provided with sufficient resource and training to achieve the safety objectives

- Ensures that contingency plans are in place to minimize damage to properties, human lives
and environment in the event of emergency
- Implementation of quality control procedures
- Chair the Safety Co-ordination Committee Meeting or designate to chair on his behalf in the event of his absent
- Conduct regular safety inspection
- Review and approve project environmental hazard analysis attached to each Method Statement
- Consult with safety officer to ensure compliance to the safe working procedures and methods by all staff and subcontractors
- Empower to issue “Stop Work Order” if there are imminent safety risks to the works and structures adjacent, and is likely to endanger the lives of the workers public at large
- NAING GROUP CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD HSE system is fully implemented and accounted
for in his related project site.
- All NAING GROUP CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD employees / staff members are aware of the requirements of the HSE system (policy, requirements, procedures….etc.);
- Only competent individuals are allowed to work on site.
- All NAING GROUP CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD subcontractors implement, administer and enforce the applied HSE system.
- Co-ordination of all high risk activities relevant to the project.
- Written approval is obtained from the main contractor / client / client representative before entering any of the sites at the client’s existing/operating facilities.
- Implementation corrective & preventive actions regarding any non-conforming situation identified while working on the project and related to the implementation of the HSE system.
- All employees have the appropriate personal protective equipment before commencing work.
- All safety-related forms, job task analysis, reports and documents are properly filled out and filed appropriately.
