Job description:
As a Project Manager Customer Experience (CXP Project Manager) at Daraz, you will be taking full ownership of our key stakeholder: Customers. You will be the mission
critical leader and working closely with the CXP manager to guarantee customer satisfaction and leverage deep analytical insights to identify innovative projects and
deliver high impact results. Your missions will be incredibly diverse: you will design innovative processes to improve the many aspects of the leading e-commerce
company in Pakistan: Manage key operations KPI, manage website developments, lead from the front on Daraz exciting growth journey to ensure customer satisfaction!

Responsibilities:
• Combines strategic and analytical insights with a passion for technology
• Be the right hand of the CXP Manager, work in close coordination with COO and other top managers, drive creation and implement the CXP strategy all over Pakistan
• Build scalable processes and organization to ensure sustainable growth
• Build strong and deep relationships with all other department managers (sales, operations, products, CS)
• Build and lead a high-performance team of CXP associates
• Achieve ambitious KPIs and targets related to Customer Satisfaction and Operations
• Lead and drive the continuous improvement process

Job Requirements

• 4+ years work experience in a tech or start up environment, some of which in a leadership role
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading a high-performance team
• Have a genuine affinity for problem-solving, balancing strong analytical and quantitative thinking with a creative mindset
• Great analytical thinker with a passion for data analysis and product/process improvement
• Highly structured and action driven
• Project management skills and ability to easily understand complex business processes
