Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

We are a Myanmar and Singapore joint venture developer, looking for a Project Manager / Engineer for our new project in Yangon.

• Tender Procurement, e.g shortlist contractors, invite tenders, interviews, analysis and manage the pre-tender issues.

• Documents preparing for local authority submit and getting approvals and permit such as YCDC and fire safety department, etc.

• Prepare construction Program, project budget, cash flow and overall project schedule.

• Quality Control, site inspection, reviewing of construction drawing, method of statements and quality supervision of Architectural, Structural and MEP works.

• To monitor the work progress and prepare progress report to management by weekly.

• To attend site operation meeting and taking meeting minutes.

• Certify contractor's claims

• Supervision of site daily operation and ensure for site safety, equipment specifications, and maintenance.

• Cooperate with consultants for construction and design.

• To make sure the scope and direction of construction project is on schedule.

Job Requirements

Preferably has prior experience working with Singapore company or other foreign company.

• Proficient in English (Speaking & writing)

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel)

• Any Graduate

• At least 6 years of experience in construction related work (contractor / consultant / developer)
