Location- Gandamar Road, Mayangone Township, Hotel Construction

Responsible for over all design and construction project planning, scheduling, resource, allocation and control.

Provides technical direction and ensures compliance with quality and brand standards .

The Project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management such as Project Planning ,Cost Management ,Time Management, Quality Management and Safety Management .

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from start to finish

• Provide scope, schedule and budget on all assigned projects.

• Contract and manage the design and construction for all assigned projects.

• Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.

• Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.

• Communicate effectively with the contracts responsible for completing various phases of the project.

• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects , consultants ,contractors, sub- contractors and laborers .

• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.

• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.

• Periodic inspection of construction sites.

• Ensure project documents are completed timely.

• Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to dispute and claims.

• Responsible for all communication and coordination with hotel operation to achieve successful project.

• Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and minimizing expose and risk.

Job Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience in construction filed.

• Must have experience with large projects and experience leading teams .

• Must have knowledge in Interior finishing skill .
