Project manager responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts.
Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.

At least 5 years experience in management.
Any graduate, prefer civil, architecture, electrical.
Eemonstrate project management and business development experience,
Design and technical abilities in space planning and interior tenant improvement projects of various types, predominately corporate interiors.
Ability to manage a team for on-going owner account work, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong Communication/organizational/interpersonal skills and AutoCAD 2017 proficiency required.
