An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1) Controlling of day-to-day Site Construction activities of the Company
2) Responsible for Quality, Profit, Delivery, Safety and any other issues to operate specific project.
3) Assisting Senior Project Manager for Site Construction activities of the Company
4) Responsible for relationship between owner and hiring sub-contractors.
5) Responsible to develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS).

Job Requirements

1) 3-5 Years or more experience in Project Management
2) Negotiation skills with authorities, owner, architect and sub-contractors
3) Make a plan for construction (schedule, construction plan and so on)
4) B.E. Degree, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant combination of experience and education are preferred.
5) English speaker
